This change is designed to ensure a seamless leadership transition and bolster the Group’s strategic direction.
The Group has also welcomed Mr. Boris Tadić, the former President of Serbia, as an independent non-executive Director. These appointments aim to optimise the board structure, enhance corporate governance, and support the Group’s ongoing international growth initiatives.

In this role, he has been instrumental in promoting ICT development in the Arab region, significantly contributing to the enhancement of regional technology infrastructures.
Previously, he was a Special Advisor to the Tunisian Minister of Information and Communication Technologies from 2011 to 2015, where he oversaw the International Cooperation Bureau. His earlier career includes various roles at the Tunisia Telecommunications Research and Studies Agency, culminating as Director General from 2009 to 2011, where he led multiple high-impact projects.
Mr. Tadić, who received an Honorary Doctorate from Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University in 2009, served as the President of Serbia from 2004 to 2012. His political career features key positions, including Minister of Defense of Serbia and Montenegro from 2003 to 2004, and Minister of Telecommunications of Serbia and Montenegro from 2000 to 2003. His vast experience in governance and strategic leadership will provide invaluable insights as USPACE seeks to expand its international footprint.
